The workings of clutch is that the spring pressure is released when the clutch pedal is depressed thus either pushing or pulling the diaphragm of the pressure plate, and the clutch disk is released and allowed to rotate freely by pushing a clutch release bearing to clutch cover. This movement works every time when starting a car and the shift changes by being engaged or disengaged.
The release bearing shaft is made of plastic collar so it sometime does not slide smoothly due to less strength of this plastic collar. In the worst case in under the hard conditions, we found this plastic collar had been broke. When the clutch pedal is depressed, you can feel strangeness on pedal and its system may be disengaged.
RRP Reinforced Bearing Collar is made of metal and reinforced collar so the crackings of collar will not being appeared because the strength of collar is improved.
We recommend this product fit together with a reinforced clutch installation to your car.
