We have designed and developed the catalytic manifold to improve the best exhaust efficient for Swift car with 42mm diameter 4-1 system in all stainless steel. The Catalysis is of course made in Japan which is manufactured in high density type so 7 to 9 hp will be gained for the performance from low rpm to high rpm. Also an efficiency of purification is higher than a stock catalysis so that RRP High Performance Catalytic Manifold is gent to the environment too.

Red line : Swift Sport Stock condition + Muffler change + RRP Sport Cleaner
Pink line : RRP High Performance Catalytic Manifold + Center pine changed

Testing Date : 12th June, 2009  Temperature 23 degree centigrade, Cloudy

The stock catalysis of Swift Sport consists 1 for an exhaust manifold and 1 for a center pipe but RRP High Performance Catalytic Manifold has passed the strict exhaust emission examination with 1 for an exhaust manifold. In option, we have RRP Front pipe (first part) and RRP Second pipe (second part).

RRP High Performance Catalytic Manifold for ZC11

We have been studied about an exhaust efficiency of ZC11 engine and developed the manifold with 38mm in 4-1 shape for ZC11 engine. The catalyst is designed with high density type which is Made in Japan as same as for ZC31 catalyst. Not only having the purity for emission exhaust gas but also the power and torque band are improved in full range from low rpm to high rpm. By solving the power less feeling in low rpm, every user will be able to enjoy the riding both of circuit race users and town riders.

For ZC11 users, E-216 RRP Super Front Pipe Kit is required to fit RRP High Performance Catalytic Manifold for ZC11.
